離職休假詢問 - 加班

最近上班壓力大到好想提離職
但還是苦撐等領年終 再提
但在這家公司已兩年半
查一下勞基法規定是30天前須 知
那假如30天前告知 但自己特休+加班補休時間有兩個禮拜。等同自己30天前告知 但休假
時數於那30天內一次請完 請問這樣有違反勞基法的30天前告知嗎
