離職前待辦事項未完成 公司威脅求償 - 離職

各位大大晚安
我於2月中提出辭職,與公司協議做到3/31
今天已經提交交接清單給主管
然而主管告知若我未於3/31前將交辦事務處理完
使得公司產生人力、時間、財務上的損失
將進行提告求償
另外於3/11送出假卡 申請3/31前請特休4天
也被主管因上述原因卡件
目前未完成的交辦事項大多為補齊進貨資料相關
但系統長期資料短缺
我知道公司不允特休為違法
但離職前交辦事項未完成,公司可以對我提出哪些民事賠償?
