離職當月薪水計算問題 - 離職

和主管提辭呈,做到10月1日,主管同意
下午人事問我做到哪時,我說到10月1日
他說不行,這樣跨月她薪水難算
月底兩天是假日,他說這樣我算做到28號
如果算到28號,這樣不就等於沒做滿整月
當月就變成用日薪算而不是月薪,
全勤也會被扣掉,請問這樣是否合理?
這樣等於被扣好幾千.....
很擔心,所以想上來問問,謝謝
