離職結算薪資爭議? - offer

各位前輩大家好，小弟有幸，職涯多在歐美外商上班

去年不慎，進入某日商，就職一年後決定離職

之前待過的歐美外商都是年薪14個月，離職後按比例支付

但這個奇葩日商的HR告訴我，當初offer letter上沒有說保證年薪14個月

還沒有到獎金支付日，自然不會有按比例支付的事情

當初offer letter相關資訊如下

4. Cash compensation
A. Monthly base salary: NT$X (including NT$Y of basic salary and NT$Z
of position allowance)
B. Incentive Bonus: At least 2-month-salary is guaranteed upon completion
of the 1st year service (at the end of Mar 2020), and the bonus amount
will be prorated according to actual months of service in FY2019
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

因為條款中有保證兩個月，也有按比例的字眼

以為跟其他歐美外商一樣，離職者依當年服務月份，按比例支付

但仔細一看又加上年份的說明，使得該條款不見得適用於之後年份 Orz

是否有前輩可以指點一下，這樣的條款是否還能向公司要求按比例支付
