離職與特休的問題 - 離職

到職日:2013/7/26,欲離職日:2016/8/1
所以我需要在7/12,也就是提前20天提出離職
按照之前爬文的結論,需上班到7/26才有滿3年10天的特休
想請教大家
如我提出離職日為8/1,若公司只想讓我做到7/25
剩下的6天改以預告薪資的方式發給
那我實質上只上班到7/25,是否那10天的特休就不存在了?
這樣算下來公司反而省下了4天的薪資
如果公司這樣做,我可以拒絕並堅持上班到8/1嗎?

當然,如果按照原本的計畫,剩下的天數是不夠我放特休的
所以會在能按計畫走的情況下,再跟公司協商是否可提前將特休分散放掉
