非企管系畢業者之企管學習入門 - 職場

大家好，我是會計研究所畢業，有會計師執照，在大型會計師事務所工作3年多。
在研究所時期就對管理方面的工作有興趣，平常有閱讀一些管理雜誌。
因為會計師事務所的工作常要遵循國內法令、公報、公司全球政策等規定，
而且性質只著重於財務報表的查核，
因此工作彈性及靈活度不比管理方面的工作，也較不符合自己的個性和志向，
所以目前想朝管理顧問公司邁進，但目前無管理方面基礎及背景，想要自己學習。
目前想先上管理補教名師王伊的管理學、個案分析及管理實務，先打好管理基礎；
或是直接上考PMP證照課程。
想請教各位管理前輩，以我的情況來說，先從哪個課程上起會比較好？
還是可以提供小弟想走管理路方面的意見？
