預告離職天數超過 - 離職

各位大大好,第一次在此版發文
若有違規的地方煩請糾正,謝謝!
在目前公司就職未滿一年(2021/02/24即滿一年)
因有預計換工作,已經面試並且得到新公司的錄取通知書了
目前有問題是,依照我的就職時間,勞基法規定的預告離職日是10天
我預計下週提離職,離職日會壓在2/28日
請問,若是公司要我提前走(ex:公司要我2/19號就先離職)
因為2/19已經超過預告離職規定的10天了,我是必須得接受的嗎> <?
還是只要是我先提出的日期公司都不可任意提前呢?
爬文有看到好像是勞方先提出的話公司都不可任意提前日期,但還是不太確定。
請各位大大幫忙解惑了,感激不盡QQ
