人才養套殺在台灣常見嗎? - 離職

本魯在社會上打滾好幾年了
也看過好幾間中小企業在玩養套殺
由於沒錢砸研發,有點錢後高薪挖角敵對公司人才
拿到技術後,想辦法找那位人才麻煩,讓他自請離職
之後再cost down砍成本,產品品質降低同時成本也大幅降低
結果下場是品質太差東西賣不出去
員工看到人才被這樣搞,也開始離職
公司營運不佳,開始請新人加減用補人力
新人看到公司爛成這樣,來沒多就會離職
就這樣陷入惡性循環後,公司倒閉
或開始賣一些奇怪極低利潤的東西撐場,但也只是慢一點倒閉罷了
版上各位也有遇到這種公司的經驗嗎?
