我最近在思考這個問題
首先想到的理由是…
1. 收入不穩定
不知道為什麼,我覺得台灣的公司對於業務很苛刻
例如業績未達標準扣薪…
甚至有公司不願意給業務底薪,只願意給佣金,相對沒有保障
2. 工作不穩定
假如業務員的業績不好,通常都會被公司考核掉
有時候甚至不到一季就離職了
反觀內勤人員不用負擔業績責任,比較可以長久留下來
可是如果給業務員的彈性太大
到時候業務員擺爛,對於公司又是一個很大的困擾
這個有什麼方法可以解決嗎?
3. 工作過於忙碌
我覺得這個可能是比較後面的考量…
現在的工作很少不忙碌的,有時候內勤人員一樣需要跑外務
可是業務員隨時都要承擔減薪、考核、離職的風險
所以很多人不願意從事業務工作
不知道業務線上的各位前輩
認為還有什麼理由,是一般人不願意從事業務工作的原因嗎?
