找到工作了,上了一天班...,,但不想去了.... - 面試

最近剛找到 旅行社業務的工作 新水 不多 7000 其他靠業績獎金
這在面試時己有說明我己知,還說公司就比照勞基法.勞 健保都有..
但是今天去報到才說是約雇制,要2個保人的證件,才算正式到職.
而且先試用2個月,試用期間勞健保 請自費 向 工會投保..
今天和同事聊1下,感覺公司的流動率好大,a同事才來2個月
b同事才來1個月,c同事才來6個月 公司也才10人.
在想如果不去的話...要打電話去說1下嗎..該怎麼說
