無預警被告知請你離開 - 離職

這兩天友人突然告知這件事,因為事發突然,
聽到也很震驚,冷靜下來後,有些問題想請教各位大大…
情況大抵如下:
當初面試,有告知三個月的試用期。
7/17進入公司,因為產業的關係,速度較快,
友人雖然不甚習慣,但交辦事項,自認為有認真執行;
但可能因為壓力的關係,平常可能表情比較嚴肅一點(與同事交流較弱)。
直到9/6晚上下班前幾分鐘,被叫進老闆辦公室,
告知"希望你能今天離開"。
真的是事發突然,友人沒有多表示什麼(大抵也是一片空),
回座位,也默默的收拾物品。
此時同事線上留言"請你進公司系統填寫離職單"。
其實,依照此情形,不應該直接填寫的,因為考慮到是否有"資遺"及"非自願性離職"
的問題,但我只能說,真的是完全沒有心理準備的情形下,友人還是線上填寫並交出了…
不知道在這樣的狀況下,是否還有其它補救辦法呢?
另外想請問,請領失業補助金,"勞保年資需滿一年",是持續還是累計呢?
倘若"國民年金"沒有每期都繳交,會影響申請失業補助金的資格嗎?
題外話,因為友人公司發薪較晚(月中),他還擔心會不會影響到未領的薪水…( ′ㄧ`)
