該不該換組? - 離職

其實做這份工作已經一年多了,有個要求高且同理心低的主管。常常提出不可能的需求,
讓我夾在廠內當夾心餅乾,被一直被要求寫信罵別人。主管疑心病重,
常常一件事要問好幾次。
回顧一年多,我的工作內容就是很助理(雖然我掛業務),反看同期進來的其它業務,
好像都開始獨當一面了,而自己好像沒在成長,自己一直在催貨,然後客戶從來沒把我
加入CC的LIST,感覺很差。雖然客戶真的很好,而且是產業前三大
客戶,且是德國客戶(自己本身有在學德文),提了2次離職,上面的大主管協調讓我
換組,換到比較小的美國客戶。進去後也是從量產出貨開始學。新的組員是個好相處的
人,也是理性可以溝通的人。但還是不太確定自己的決定是否正確。或許各位可以給我
一些建議。
A.留在同組,繼續助理角色,但是大客戶大產品,德國客戶 (推力是工作內容和主管)
B.換組,可以當正常業務,小料號小產品(推力是小料號,廠內SUPPORT比較小)
跟新組的同聊過,2人共同目標早下班,而且他非常歡迎我過去
