資遣解雇的交接 - 離職

假設公司與某日無預警解雇
且已將非自願離職證明書開立
先撇開預告工資與其他解雇前的告知義務等等
請問若當天已拿到離職證明且註明為當天
還有需要繼續做事收尾交接嗎?
或者是說
若拿到文件直接走人算曠職嗎?
