各位前輩們好
明天就要到新公司報到,要求繳離職證明
我為新鮮人,在履歷上和面試時皆無提到上份工作
因為任期只有三個月,所以皆無提到此相關
請問這樣我需要上繳離職證明嗎?
如果不繳交的話勞保方面他們會知道嗎?
怕上班之後被問說你不是有工作經歷嗎
我面試時是說退伍後都是在待業
爬文板上都說短期間的經歷最好不要說
希望有板上大大能解惑謝謝!
