公司強迫簽文件 - 離職

大家好~~
小妹的公司近來因人員離職,流動率太高
因此老闆前天就發了封MAIL說:請人事小姐發聘僱合約,大家都要簽!
然後我仔細看了上面的內容...
乙方轉正式職員後未經甲方同意一年內不得離職,
如果未經甲方同意乙方擅自離職或故意不到職,
乙方須賠償向甲方所領的6個月薪資給甲方。
請問這是合理的嗎?有無違反勞基法?
我並不想簽,公司制度真的太.....(小公司)
這樣強迫員工留下來,真的讓人更想離開!!!!!
PS(最後一頁有寫自由意志下簽署,因此不簽也不會怎樣吧?)
