公司比較喜歡找在職中or待業中的來面試? - 離職

這邊想問的是從徵人公司的觀點
<在職中>:
在職中找工作給人的印象就是騎驢找馬,
有聽過有些公司不喜歡這種人,因為有的求職者只是來看看探一下比較薪水行情而已
而且在職中約面試比較麻煩,要橋雙方都能配合的時間,
以及錄取後到職日還要橋,還要等求職者把原公司職務交接完畢才能來上班
但換個角度想,在職中的人感覺比較穩定?不會因為不想做就直接離職?
<待業中>:
如果是待業中,面試時間很好約,到職日也比較好談(應該隨時都能直接上班)
不過當然要探究一下求職者為何目前待業的原因(前一份工作離職的原因)
如果理由不夠充分,反而會被扣分,有可能被質疑不夠穩定or不夠抗壓...之類的
<心得>:
因為目前在職找一段時間了(目前工作是業務,找的也是業務工作),面試機會不多
有幾次剛好有不錯的面試機會,卻因為目前公司的工作量多,不好請假有點扼腕
不知版上有沒有公司人資的想法可以分享的,謝謝
