是否應按實情告知? - 離職

最近離職了,這份工作做了兩個多月.
離職原因是三個月試用期快到了才被告知公司"真正"的規定,其中最無法接受一條是
*工作滿兩年才有特休,特休天數也只有四天* (請假等其他規定也很誇張,但在這不多談)
當初面試時, 一切都說是符合勞基法~"~
現在要開始找新工作了,在煩惱這段經歷是否要納入履歷中
納入:離職是因為公司明顯違法,又一開始欺騙人,遇到這些也非我所願.
如果不納入這兩個多月的工作經歷,會有近五個月的空窗期.
不納入: 擔心納入後離職原因不被採信.而且兩個多月真的很短,
前一份工作也未滿一年(七個月),怕被認為是個不穩定的人.
由於目前面試經驗不多,所以希望能聽聽板上前輩的意見
