離職後的特休問題 - 離職

本人在前公司從100年9月服務到今年1月31號離職
去年10月滿一年後便享有勞基法保障的7天特休
因為工作繁忙所以我只請了兩天,還有五天特休未休
照勞基法說未休的特休應該是折現,今天看薪資條臉都綠了,
前公司完全沒有將這五天折現,
離職前我本來是想全請,
後來是因為公司事務繁忙(加上同單位同事苦苦哀求),我才忍著不請這五天
結果五天特休完全沒折現有點不離不棄被當北七的感覺
想請問各版友我如果要求前公司支付這五天特休的錢算合法嗎?
