想詢問一下,我的到職日為102/6/24,若我於今年105/5/10離職的話
那我第三年的特休是否因為未到6/24而沒有特休呢?
爬文了一下好像有提到勞基法說依比例,但剛打去問勞工局卻說要到6/24才有
今年度的七天...
