朋友沒帳號,代po
小妹今年私立大學工管學士畢業,已經有在投履歷,近期也收到一些面試邀約,以下列出
2間,請大家幫忙看看面試過程有哪裡回答得不妥。
A公司
半導體製造業
兩個部門的主管同時面試,一男一女,人資表示都有缺人,看面試的過程再決定我會被誰
錄用,也有說錄取機率頗大(聽到這句有點怕,屎缺?)
面試到最後發問,問了關於薪資以及部門氣氛和工作內容,主管卻都躲掉,只是一直強調
有人帶、有人教,而且很完善。
不到一週offer get,薪資比當初開的少3k,沒加班費也沒補休,目前在拖報到時間,但
應該不會去。
B公司
戶外家具製造
主管約了面試卻自己記錯時間,打來口氣很不好的問我為什麼沒去,回覆主管正確的時間
,直接被掛電話...但後來還是有去,寫完履歷表等了近1個小時才等到主管,講不到5分
鐘
就結束...
主管直接說上班時間、平日無加班費、禮拜六可報加班、試用期(3個月)需簽合約且禮
拜六要來公司學習現場製程,加快上手速度。
整個面試過程沒抬頭看我一眼,講話也像在含滷蛋一樣,問薪資&工作內容,都回「有確
定要來我再跟你說,你回去想一下」,而且給人一種「你要就做久一點,不要來半年就給
我走人,這裡不是什麼培訓中心」(怕)
社會經驗不多,但我覺得連工作內容&薪資都不能講,是要怎麼考慮要不要去,雖然工作
職稱一樣,但每間公司的工作內容應該都會有些許差異,是真的不能問還是應該要換個方
式問?還請板上各位多指教,謝謝
